Research recruitment will always be an art rather than a science. However hard we work to refine our
processes and systems, along will come a project specification or perhaps a respondent who doesnt fit with anything
we've ever encountered. But we won't blink!
Saros people know when to go 'off piste'... whether that's as simple a matter as recruiting from your list of
potential respondents, to having to advertise or join forums to locate your missing link. We also have a
large network of members who are happy to be asked to recommend their contacts/colleagues to take part in
research - which massively extends our potential scope.
We are 'control freaks' about some aspects of our work - you can't manage a huge database in any other way - but
we also know how to think and problem-solve creatively to find your respondents.
People often bring us the tough jobs, from ultra-niche subcommunities to high net worth to embarrassing medical
problems to rare professional specialisms - but given sufficient time, resource and ingenuity there will always be
a way to find them. And we know that whatever we attempt will have knock-on benefits in attracting new people
to join our database for the future, so it's always a win-win situation.
