We know we do things differently - that was the whole point!  But appreciate that those differences require a bit of explaining and getting used to.

We've tried to include a list of the most common questions our new or potential clients ask, but if there's anything not covered here then please get in touch with us directly so we can clear things up.

• Who do you work for?
  
  Saros undertakes recruitment for a wide variety of end clients - from freelance researchers to global corporations
• What about research with children?
  
  We regularly recruit children of all ages for appropriate research projects, and are informed and experienced with regard to all relevant issues
• Are they all going to turn up?
  
  We know how crucially important good turnout for your research is, and we take every step possible to ensure all goes well
• What about 'groupies' or professional respondents..?
  
  We all know about the disproportionately damaging effect these people have on research fieldwork. We are as committed as you are to stamping out bad practice at every level
• What about 'in-home' research?
  
  Lots of research can effectively be conducted in respondents home environment. But when it's not their home there are different issues to consider
• Do you write screeners?
  
  Our screening process is very different to that used by street / clipboard recruiters... we believe our way is more robust and effective
