Saros Research Bookers
Saros Research Bookers are completely separate from the traditional UK network of 'Recruiters'. They work
only for Saros, and their role is very different as well.
Traditional recruiters have to go out and find people who meet the spec required, then screen them for the
project. A very difficult job - think about it, where would you start? The best of them do
exceptionally well, to go out and source new people and then apply screening criteria that will eliminate most of
them. It's hardly surprising that bad practices have inevitably crept in to the work of some, with
ever-tightening deadlines and specifications.
Saros Research Bookers work differently. Pre-qualified leads are sent to them by their Project Manager for
each job, and their only role is to focus on whether or not they meet the criteria. They can do this
rigorously and systematically, without pressure to make people fit - this is one of our critical USPs,
