Saros Standards

When Saros Research launched in 2000, none of the existing quality standards reflected or were appropriate for the groundbreaking way we approached respondent recruitment... it's hard to believe sometimes how much times have changed in the years since then, and certainly we are now far from the only database recruitment company!

From the outset we were determined to set our own standards of quality - however we are now working to converge these with industry-recognised standards, and during 2009 became a Company Partner of the Market Research Society, and are aiming for Interviewer Quality Control Scheme compliance and registration during 2010.

We were proud to have our innovative approach recognised by the BMRA back in 2003, and we are also recognised by the Department of Employment as an Exemplar Employer for flexible working - as all our Project Managers and Research Bookers are home based.

These external recognitions also help to raise our profile outside of the Market Research industry... but within it quality standards and compliance are equally critical, and both our Managing Director and our Recruitment Director are Full Members of the Market Research Society, and Individual Members of the Association of Qualitative Researchers
