Taking part in a one-to-one UX test is a very different respondent experience to sipping wine at a focus group. We ensure your participants are prepared and engaged with what to expect in your session.  We can accommodate specific requests for eye-tracking, and facilitate online projects or pre-tasking.  The more informed we are about your intentions and activities planned for the testing, the closer we can get to the precise respondent fit for your needs.
